DAY RETREAT: Explore the Mysteries of Grief, Loss, Death and Dying, and the New Normal
February 8 - 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Through God’s grace and healing presence, we will gather in a safe, confidential environment for a day retreat to explore the depth of the heart where God’s healing love abides.
The day is designed to support one another and the grief experiences. Gain greater insight and understanding of your own Grief Expression. Discover strategies and coping skills to make space to support your healing process. Each topic is built upon the other.
The day includes: prayer, reflection/meditation, presentation materials, handouts, journaling, storytelling, and optional personal sharing, as well as Sunday Mass at 4 p.m.
