Pollinator Habitat Improvement: Invasive Species Removal and Native Plant Installation

Join the Ecological Sustainability Department as we work to improve pollinator habitat here on the Brentwood Campus. Participants will learn how to identify targeted invasive species, and talk about the native plants that belong in the ecosystem that are critical to support our local pollinators. Work alongside the Sustainability team to remove invasive species, plant native plants, and spread seeds. Participants will meet in front of the Convent at 11 a.m. to walk as a group to the work location. Wear long pants and sneakers. Gloves and other tools will be provided. Light refreshments will be served.
