Roundtable Discussion: Longevity in the Landscape
March 20 - 9:30 am - 11:30 am
- This event has passed.
Join the Sustainability Department for an informational session and open discussion.
How do we build longevity and resilience into the landscapes that we hold in trust? What does it mean to ensure our actions in the landscape are sustainable for the next generation? What questions must we ask ourselves, and what considerations of both science and ethics can we take to guide our actions. Join us for a presentation on how we build the future into the land we are stewarding, and how it ties into the Sisters of St. Joseph Land Ethic Statement.
This event is open to all who are interested. Please feel free to bring any ecology, horticulture, or general nature questions that you may have for the landscape ecologists at CSJ to the open forum at the end of our session.
