Women’s Retreat: The Enduring Heart

An “enduring heart” is a heart that can walk life’s journey and be standing tall on the other side of the path. Teilhard de Chardin’s advice regarding TRUST is well suited for us:
“Above all, trust in the slow work of God. We are quite naturally impatient in everything to reach the end without delay. We should like to skip the intermediate stages. We are impatient of being on the way to something unknown, something new. And yet, it is the law of all progress that it is made by passing through some stages of instability and that it may take a very long time.”
We will explore a personal definition of what is an enduring heart by reviewing our life’s journey. What is the threshold you need to walk through to discover something new?
