T’ai Chi Chih® (pronounced /tie chee chuh/) is a unique, relatively unknown movement practice that has amazing applications for health. In 1974, the originator, Justin Stone, developed its nineteen movements and one pose drawing from ancient healing arts principles. Different from exercise, this practice engages and generates energy in a way beneficial to people of any level of physical and health condition. It reduces the effects
of stress, strengthens the immune system, and replenishes essential vital energy effecting various health conditions towards balance.

1. Free, Weekly T’ai Chi Chih Practice via Zoom
Wednesdays, 10:15 -11:00 am. Oct. 21 – Dec. 30
My heart’s desire is to gather my many students together to experience how the Chi flows ever more fully in a larger group. Using Zoom makes this possible! While those who have taken some T’ai Chi Chih classes will get the most benefit, people who wish to experience TCC by simply following what I’m doing are welcome to attend.

  1. T’ai Chi Chih Beginners’ Course: Part 1via Zoom
    Six Mondays, 10:15 – 11:00 am; October 19 – November 23, Tuition: $75, $60 Seniors

In this course, the first ten movements of T’ai Chi Chih will be taught. Attention is given to creating energy flow and healing. For all physical abilities.

  1. TCC Mixed Beginners and Continuing Students Course via Zoom

Six Thursdays, 7:15 – 8:00 pm; October 15-November 19, Tuition: $75, $60 Seniors

In this course, students will learn all of the T’ai Chi Chih movements. Attention is given to both how to do the movements and how to increase the flow of Chi through the body.
