Reflection
Patience enables one to endure difficulty, provocation, or annoyance calmly. It gives others their own space and time .Patience is about waiting, tolerating, and forgiving. Patient people are not easily provoked. “Patience is not passive; on the contrary, it is active; it is concentrated strength.” Anger is sometimes justified but it is never an excuse for cruelty. Practice can enable one to turn anger into a patient search for viable solutions.
