Reflection

Epiphanies tend to be private events. Most of us keep our personal experiences of the Holy to ourselves. They are rare and perhaps only come once in our lifetime. They are impossible to communicate fully and they usually flow out of the journey of our lives. If we are attentive to them, we may find ourselves traveling in another direction and finding a new place.

Prayer

May I continue on my journey of discovery and transformation.

Action

How can I translate my personal epiphanies into my daily life?

Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.
