Reflection
In one post-resurrection gospel story Jesus appears on the beach near where the apostles are fishing. We are told that “they saw him but they did not know it was Jesus.” This is worth pondering. How can we apply it to ourselves? How often do we see, hear or experience Christ through others or in our own life events and miss the meaning because we “did not know it was Jesus.”?
Prayer
Lord, that I may see!
Action
How can I be more attentive to God’s presence in the daily events of life?
