We are all endowed with an inner transparency for the holy, for the mystery we call “God”. We are programed internally in the power of living spirit, always inviting us to attune more deeply to the Great Spirit who infuses the whole of creation. Whether we adopt a formal religion or not, we are innately spiritual and will remain so throughout our entire lifespan…it is the restlessness in the human heart that can never be fully satisfied and yet forever seeks articulation and mediation.
We are temples of God’s spirit.
Reflect on this quotation. What are the times when you most experience your innate spiritual nature? What most enables you to come closer in touch with “the Spirit who infuses the whole of creation”?
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
1 Corinthians 3:16
The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.
Weare not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

Spiritual identity means we are not what we do or what people say about us. And we are not what we have. We are the beloved daughters and sons of God.
That is the real spiritual awakening, when something emerges from within you that is deeper than who you thought you were. So, the person is still there, but one could almost say that something more powerful shines through the person.
From my perspective, I absolutely believe in a greater spiritual power, far greater than I am, from which I have derived strength in moments of sadness or fear. That’s what I believe, and it was very, very strong in the forest.
We are more than just flesh and bones. There’s a certain spiritual nature and something of the mind that we can’t measure. We can’t find it. With all our sophisticated equipment, we cannot monitor or define it, and yet it’s there.
Spiritual people don’t float around all day on clouds of glory; they live in the real world and deal with real issues in real ways.
Listen to your own self, your own soul. Too many people listen to the noise of the world instead of themselves.
Let yourself be silently drawn by the strong pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.
