Reflection

All of us are caught up in complex situations. We each have multiple responsibilities and minimal disposable time. Yet this is where we have  to live our spiritually  aware lives. Not when things get better. Not when the frenzy tapers off or ceases altogether. Not when we retire. Now. In the middle of whatever is happening, we are to acknowledge the paradoxical presence of Holy Mystery. Chaos is the milieu of the Spirit offering new possibilities.

Prayer

The Lord is with us; God is our refuge.
Psalm 46

Action

Try to see God in the midst of distractions and disruptions. If possible, keep up at least the routine of your prayer during those times.
