Sister Joan Marie Schmidt, CSJ.

Joan lived our mission and touched many lives in a spirit of kindness and caring during her 68 years in religious life. Her life was one of responding with a generous ‘yes’ as she ministered as a teacher on the elementary and high school levels, in later years used her gifts as  a director of catechetics,  an administrative assistant and in her retirement years visited patients in hospitals and volunteered in our Archives.

Sister Joan Marie Schmidt, CSJ died on May 8, 2020 in the 68th year of her religious life.
