Empowering Women with TLC For 25 Years

For the past 25 years, The CSJ Learning Connection (TLC) has been providing the tools to empower women who are undereducated, lack a high school diploma, or speak languages other than English. In a safe and caring environment women participate in a course of study suited to their needs, abilities and personal goals. Many of the women who enroll with TLC are from Latin America and through their studies find a home here in the United States. In the course of 25 years, The Learning Connection has accompanied nearly 3,000 women in their course of study. Special thanks to Sister Kathleen Carberry, CSJ who began TLC and directed it for its first 24 years and Sister Mary Theresa Donlon, CSJ who assisted in its growth. Congratulations to the programs current director Denise Murray, and TLC faculty, volunteers and Board Members for continuing the mission of TLC!
