Jesus incarnated the deep integrity that is our salvation individually and collectively. His way of living and telling the truth continues to light our path. Jesus embodied the life, the will and the ways of Supreme Wholeness or Ultimate Integrity (God). His expansive sense of self, his radically inclusive way of loving, and his active, nonviolent way of resisting and confronting unredeemed institutions show us the way to the Kingdom.
Michael Dowd

Prayer

May I live a life of integrity.

Action

Read one of the Gospels through. Who is the Jesus you meet there?

2 Tim 3:14

Jesus no longer belongs to the past but lives in the present and is projected toward the future; Jesus is the everlasting “today” of God.
Pope Francis

Those who aren’t following Jesus aren’t his followers. Its that simple. Followers follow, and those who don’t follow aren’t followers. To follow Jesus means to follow Jesus into a society where justice rules, where love shapes everything. To follow Jesus means to take up his dream and work for it.
Scot McKnight

If following Jesus Christ doesn’t cost you anything, it’s because you’ve bought into ‘American Christianity.’
Paul Washer

Following Christ isn’t something that can be done halfheartedly or on the side. It is not a label we can display when it is useful. It must be central to everything we do and are.

Integrity is the core of our character. Without integrity we have a weak foundation upon which to build other Christ-like characteristics.

Putting on Christ’…is not one among many jobs a Christian has to do; and it is not a sort of special exercise for the top class. It is the whole of Christianity. Christianity offers nothing else at all.
