Reflection

Without using the technical language of modern science, we can say that our consciousness extends beyond space and time and we can connect with one another and the entire universe in powerful and healing ways far beyond what we have believed. “At the deepest level of consciousness division disappears. All is One.”(Bede Griffiths, OSB).  Love for God and our love for one another are united here. Our individual lives as well as our lives in relationship have an effect on the whole. When we join together in prayer we can generate a force that has transformative power. We join our positive energy to that of all those seeking God and to the possibility of this growing positive force bringing about positive change in our world.

Prayer

May my prayer be a positive force on this earth.

Action

Read some of the scientific material being written about the unity of all. Reflect that your thoughts and your life make a difference in the whole and that can bring about change.
