December 5

Each of us is meant to be a spark of light in this wondrous creation. We are free to be a blessing or to be a curse, one whose selfishness and lack of integrity does not offer light to others. What we know is that the act of living a life with integrity is holy. To live being fully oneself, to live with integrity, to live in daily wonder at the sheer magnificence of creation, to live in reverence for other living beings and to act with love and compassion is holy. It is to shine as a candle of hope in the dark of human winter.

May I appreciate the blessing of my life and live so as to be a blessing for others.

Where do I see an indifference to the blessing and holiness of each life? By my life how can I help to raise awareness and bring about change?
