We need to remember that we have the power to raise our voices on behalf of those without voice, those held powerless, those whose lives cannot express the majesty of creation or the image of God. We need to remember; then we can go that extra mile, take that courageous action, remind that powerful someone that peace and right relationships will only come through justice. We need not only remember but to act, “ make your actions harbingers of a better future …”


Help me, God of Justice, to be a part of the creation of a world where unity and peace have come, in some way, through your action in me.


What is possible for me to do in order to help create the ”reign of God” in our world? With whom can I join my efforts?
