Reflection

Life without searching for God’s presence, either consciously or unconsciously, leads us to live a life that is neither complete nor at peace. In the midst of life’s demands, if we are attentive and open, the Spirit living and active within us will become a conscious awareness  We are not alone; we have a God who lives in and with us. Our attunement to the presence of God uncovers and exposes our own contradictions as well as our blessings.  God’s truth becomes for us a dynamic and powerful awareness penetrating our minds and hearts.

Prayer

Help me to be attuned to Your Presence.

Action

What prevents my spending time in awareness of God’s presence? How can I change this?
