Reporting Requirements
Learn what information you'll need to share after receiving a grant.
It is important to follow the reporting requirements after receiving the grant to ensure transparency, demonstrate responsible use of funds, and help measure the impact of the support provided - strengthening trust and accountability between the Legacy Fund and the funded organization.
Reporting Requirements Rules
An interim six-month progress report, signed by an Officer of the Grantee Organization will be required for any grants of $25,000 or more.
A Final report is required for all Grants awarded and must be signed by an officer of the Grantee Organization.
No renewals or future grants will be awarded to an organization that has not completed a Final report for a prior grant.
Reports must include progress against goals, completed activities, and spending by category to date.
